First Day I started at 9.30.
Started my day off by getting introduced to different pc’s Linux Platforms, and other Mac computers Ill be working with. My first job was to Add some Testimonials to a online website. After completing that job I had to set up A facebook and Twitter for another Website and integrated both off them so when an update was added to the site it automatically show up in facebook and twitter.
Tuesday 8/2/11
I added meta data to a website (keywords when typed in Google the site would come up first with the keywords I added). I also created logos and graphic banner for another website.
Wednesday 9/02/11
I was asked to screen test on multiple Platforms many different Websites, in case they would need to be updated.
I also started a new website as the first draft of this new company’s site 
Thursday 10/2/1990
Attended my first client meeting which I will be doing the website for.
It was a good experience and plenty more to come.
Friday 11/2/11
spent my time answering to clients queries. (Edited their sites and added media )
Backed up a website for client added up to date joomla to site also.
Monday 14/2/11
Did more testing on websites and found bugs which needed to be cleaned up.
Inserted logos banner etc for other sites.
Tuesday 15/02/11
drew up spreadsheet listed all websites which “this Week” will be all updated and backed up.
Firstly went through all the heading such as FTP,C panel etc and gathered all the information needed.
Wednesday 16/2/11
Continued with spreadsheet. Downloaded updater for each joomla version needed. Backed up all Sites.
Thursday 17/2/11
I Updated each site with the new joomla updater to many of the websites.
Friday 18/2/11
Today I put on an extra lock of protection for all joomla sites
Monday 21st of February
I started of my day with a task of creating a web form using asp. I created this using dreamweaver.
Tuesday 22/2/11
Today I started building a form for an online website , I also had to do some testing on one site as an problem happened so I tested the page on all platforms and let my supervisor know its still there and fixed it.
Wednesday 23/2/11
Today I began my morning by creating a landing page for a n new client – inserted the graphic and put under construction note at bottom. I then finished that form from yesterday and gave it some styling. I then had to prepare and install a new website which Ill be working on this week.
Thursday 24/2/11
This morning had great news my graphic was accepted no changes had to be made and was therefore put up on the website for “Carrick Gazzette” . Then moved on to edit a landing page for a client. I also now starting to mock out the layout for new website I’m creating.
Friday 25/2/11
Today I started off testing pdf’s that they match the content giving on the web site. Downloaded the templete I am going to use for next website as I mentioned above.And started to add mock content.
28/2/11- 4/3/11
This week I had a busy time. I finished my design website for the client I was working with. During the week we had a business meeting with them to show the progress on the site. the feedback was brilliant just a few minor details to be added and deleted. So I then finished the rest of the editing, now just waiting on the final content to be sent through to add to the pages. I then moved on to putting a link onto another different landing page to connect with facebook. I started another website following the excel worksheet made by the client themselves, next week will be gathering information and adding it to that website. I Created new modules for facebook and twitter (and social pages) for different websites so when information was added to the main website it would push out to facebook and twitter and inform people with new updates and information. I updated new websites with new joomla up-daters and akeeba. Tested many websites with different browsers throughout the week also.
7th-11th March
This week I done a round off tests on a website just to check when you download all the pdf’s they match the correct content.I ran through Beta Test process on test on many browsers on another important website. ArthurHouseBelfast.co.uk website I added missing content and metadata from the clients email and upload the new files to the server.At the end off the week I had to create an interactive map of a race course on joomla to highlight each part of the race course and the facilities, and to be continued next week

couple of things Ive done so far
14th-18th March
This week I was given the task to complete an e-learning website. We have done it before at college but my supervisor introduced me to a different way of doing it. “joomla quiz deluxe” is what I’m using for my project. The website is for adults and to read and watch the videos given and at the end of each section there is a quiz. I had a day to get used of the extension for joomla. Next day I got started firstly read through the brief given and wrote down the points they wanted covered. Spent the rest of the week getting the basic necessitates correct for the website.
21st-25th
This week I’m continuing with my outstanding project- E-learning Website. I took all the photos into photoshop and saved them as jpegs as the quiz doesn’t recognize “tiff”.I downloaded all videos needed for the website.I edited JoeAnna’s website and logo the way she wants it.I finished all the quizzes and articles for the elearning website and handed it over to the boss for the last edits.
27th-1stApril
Well this week I had to start another 2 websites one for a local supermarket and centre and one for a bouncy castle company.Once all information and photos were gathered I made a start on them. First two days I started the bouncy castle website and got all the layout and necessary info added to it and had a meeting with the client on Wednesday all went well and really liked the structure!! For the rest off the week I done the Supermarket website. It was an exciting week getting the confidence to take on half off my bosses work load and achieving all the goals needed. Next week have more websites to complete cant wait

4th-8th April
This week I had small edits to do over the number of sites. such ad adding info running beta tests, quizzes (to the e learning website) add audio and video to some sites also. Add metadata and page titles also to keep all our sites up to date with all content from the clients. Finished up The Market Square structuring of the site now adding languages to the site at the moment. Today I added a flashing gallery to compliment their website.I also sorted out invoices.
11th-15th April
Last week I spent my time Doing edits on various sites. Finished all the new tweaks to be made on my outstanding websites. Had a meeting with old Clients who want new updates to their site. Installed an irish translator to one of the websites I’m doing at the moment transtlated words and will be having a meeting in 2 weeks. So my week consisted off tiny little tweaks here and there.
18th April-22nd April
I’m currently working on a new website adding text and creating new photo galleries. This site is a flower website .I will post up a link to it when its up and running.The rest off the week was busy as I had to Update each of our sites to joomla 1.5.23 and do akeeba backs up for each site aswell.. Next week is my last week the weeks have just flown by and sad I to be finishing ::(
April26th-29th
My last week 
this week we had problems with our servers by the end off the week we got back up and running finishing edits and backing up some sites that were not done before the server went down.On Wednesday We had a visit from Hugh- everything went well. The rest of the week I just did edits, testing on different platforms making sure all sites are working.
